Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Cover and process for about a minute, or until everything is quite smooth. If desired you may add a couple of ice cubes while processing. Pour into a tall glass and serve. This shake provides about 1/3 of the iron and 1/2 of the calcium you need for the day. Makes 1 serving.
