Tuna Salad Sandwiches

  • 6 ounce can tuna, well drained

  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickles or relish
  • 3 packets or 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 to 6 slices bread

In a small bowl combine the drained tuna, pickles and mayonnaise. Mix well. If desired you may add a pinch of celery seed. Spread the filling on 2 or 3 slices of bread. Top with the remaining slices and serve. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
